Comidas.___ substitute refreshing smoothies
INGREDIENTS
milk proteins, cocoa with lecithin, powdered skimmed milk, fructose, dextrose, soybean fiber, vegetable oil, mineral complex (potassium citrate, sodium chloride, magnesium carbonate, iron pyrophosphate, zinc sulfate, gluconate, copper, selenium, potassium iodide, manganese sulphate), 1.2% glucomanan, aroma, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate and aspartame, thickener: xanthan gum, stabiliser: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin complex (C(, E, niacin, to Pantothenic acid, D3, B6, B2, B1, folic acid, biotin, B12), antioxidant.
Glucomanan: soluble fiber extracted from the tuber of Amorphophallus Konjac.
How to use
pour the contents of a sachet in a large glass.
Add a little skim milk or water and stir with the help of a chuchara until its total dissolution.
Just fill a vessel with 200 cc. skim milk or water. The use of the mixer is not necessary. If desired add crushed ice or cubes.
