Ingredients:
- 50% butcher's broom (Ruscus acualeatus l.), root
- 15% Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba l.), leaf
- 15% Mint (Mentha piperita l.), leaf
- 10% Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha l.), sumidad
- 10% Red vine (Vitis vinifera l.), sheet
how to use:
infusion is prepared with a tablespoon per cup of water boiling and steeping, between 5 and 10 minutes.
Then filter and take 2-3 infusions a day.
