Properties: the spirulina (Spirulina maxima, Spirulina platensis) is a seaweed with a high percentage of protein (65 to 70%), all the essential amino acids and nine non-essential minerals such as potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, selenium, iron and phosphorus; all the vitamins of the B complex, vitamin E, complex sugars, carotenoids, enzymes and essential fatty acids. Is recommended in restrictive diets, anemias, vegetarian diets (for its content in B12), convalescence, elderly, children, etc.
How to use:
1-2 tablets three times a day with meals.

containers 200 tablets 400 mg, 300 mg of Spirulina; yeast of beer and microcrystalline cellulose as excipients (100 mg).
