Ingredients per Tablet: melatonin 1,95 mg, cellulose microcrystalline, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.

Directions for use: take one tablet half an hour before bedtime. It is recommended to take it every day at the same time.

Presentation: 30 330 mg (9.9 g) tablets.
