Properties: Borage contains abundant minerals, especially potassium nitrate, calcium and silicic salts, mucilage and flavonoids. It is depurative, diaphoretic action, it is expectorant (for cases of bronchitis, colds and flus), it is diuretic (for gout, nephritis and arthritis) seed oil is rich in acid linolenic acid (polyunsaturated fatty acid), so it has lipid-lowering effects (reduces cholesterol), helps to regulate your hormonal system and normalizes dysmenorrhoea. Natural vitamin E is added as an antioxidant to prevent oxidation.
How to use:
2-4 beads per day, distributed with meals.
