Bromelain is an enzyme which is derived from the stems of fresh pineapple. It is probably best known for its use as a digestive aid, especially to facilitate the digestion of foods with high protein and fat content. However, recent studies have directed the attention of the experts toward their sport applications in twists and sprains. He is believed that Bromelain inhibits the body's production of certain prostaglandins, helping welfare joint and muscle.

How to use
