chitosan is a fiber (amino-polisacarido) from the shell of crustaceans. Thanks to its structure is capable of absorbing ingested fat. Fat that captures also becomes non-absorbable, so its caloric value is zero, being eliminated fats. Chitosan is capable of absorbing 4 or 5 times its own weight in fat, action that is enhanced with the addition of vitamin C.
INSTRUCTIONS for use:
take 2 to 4 capsules half an hour before each meal with a large glass of water.
