Properties:

comparatively offers the highest amount of vitamin E (0, 6 g vit E / 100 g germ oil), potent antioxidant and cardiovascular protector. After Brewer's yeast is the food containing more folic acid and its content in proteins, vitamin K is also high in trace amounts of zinc, copper, manganese and selenium. How to use:
in case of 500 mg pearls, take 3-4 pearls per day, with meals; pearls of 1,000 mg taken 1-2 a day. In case of oil intake recommended for adults is a tablespoon in the morning, at noon and in the evening. You can give children a teaspoon heaped three times a day.
