Composition
vegetable capsules: 60 vegetable capsules 600 mg, with 500 mg of valerian officinalis with 0.3% valerenic acid.
Liquid extract: 60 ml of extract with 0.01% of total acids valerenicos in Glycerin base. Also available in base hidroacoholica.

Directions for use: the dose is highly variable, depending on the condition that you want to treat. For cases of insomnia, recommended 2-3 pearls or capsules before bedtime. 10-15 Drops extract liquid. In case of nervousness and hyperactivity, this dose can be increased up to four times throughout the day. Not administered for long periods of time without breaks.
