How to use
2 tablets with a meal (maximum 6 tablets daily) for a minimum of 8 weeks. Later, as maintenance, 1 to 2 tablets daily.
Note: The artichoke extract can also be taken before a meal rich in fats (2 tablets) to facilitate digestion.
