The use of artichoke herb was described for the first time in the 4th century BC This plant belongs to the family of the Asteraceace, which also includes milk thistle. How to use
2 tablets with a meal (maximum 6 tablets daily) for a minimum of 8 weeks. Later, as maintenance, 1 to 2 tablets daily.

Note: The artichoke extract can also be taken before a meal rich in fats (2 tablets) to facilitate digestion.
