This product combines oil (evening primrose) primula with Borage seed oil to generate a combination that is rich in Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) than simple primula oil.
The GLA is the precursor of a particularly important type of prostaglandin called PGE1, which are involved in the regulation of the nervous, cardiovascular and reproductive systems, the State of the skin and biological functions. Although the body can produce GLA from linoleic acid (fatty acid present in vegetable oils Omega 6) this process is sometimes slow or may be partially blocked. Hence, a dietary source of GLA, to avoid the conversion process, it is very useful to the body. On the other hand numerous clinical studies have established that GLA supplements can be effective in many situations.
This product provides approximately 50% more of GLA per capsule than similar size of primula oil capsules, and each capsule also provides the CDR of vitamin e.
